  At next meeting £30 per team        
  Team forms hand out at re-registration, singles and doubles entries due back by meeting Sunday 2nd August
               
2 Ladies & 3 Man          
  Entries in at next meeting 7th June      
               
3 Finals Day            
  Doubles will now be played on 7th June, 8pm @ Atack    
  Singles in afternoon, Ladies @ Atack in afternoon. Cup and Plate Finals in evening.
               
4 Clarification of rules          
  If a situation arises that is either unclear or unusual, then the referee shall decide and the decision will stand.
  If If there is genuine cause for an appeal against that decsion then the offended team may do so as per league rules.
  If a situation is not covered by the rules, then the committee will make a jusgement that will stand from thereon in.
    That decision will stand until challenged and voted for as a rule change, but only at AGM.
  Players MUST nominate when on the the black ball, even if they are choosing to play a free ball when entitled to.
    Failure to do so is a foul and will result in 2 shots to the opponent.
  If a player interferes with the balls, intentionally or not, when they are not in the process of playing a routine shot, then the game will
    be awarded to the opponent.      
               
5 Calendar            
  The switch to a twice annual league is proving a strain on the calendar.  
  Some of the drawbacks raised when the decision was made are proving difficult.
  It is with that in mind that the committee has decided to move to 8 monthly seasons from the start of 2016.
  Bank Holidays will not be included in the calendar.
