  Unanimous agreed that the committee should continue in the following roles

2 Balance Sheet                  
  Balance sheet shown to delegates recording a £661.95 season profit, reducing overall arrears to £314.05  
3 Budget for new season                
  Prepared and distributed to show a projected 2013 season profit to clear arrears.      
4 Sponsorship                  
  Bates Timber agreed to sponsor the league to cover printing costs.        
  Further sponsorship offered on the night by Bill Brown of Hare & Hounds, Subconlaser to be Singles KO sponsor
  Lee Reeves of The Chetwynd also secured a deal with Designer Frames to sponsor the Doubles KO.
