Captain's role minimum requirements. 

2 Attend all meetings. Failure to do so results in a 5pt deduction          
3 To provide a comprehensive list of signed players at the 2nd meeting of the season.      
4 Provide scorecards for all home fixtures and complete all details ensuring players are identifible and eligible to play.
1 To register the team at the required meeting along with the registration fee.        
5 To  enter at least the minimum number of knock out competition entries as detailed on the signing on sheet(winter only)
6 Provide the correct fees to cover the knockout entries at the required meeting. (winter only)      
7 To report match scores by text to the league secretary within 24 hours of the match.      
8 To hand in all scorecards at the next scheduled delegates meeting.          
9 To ensure their venue is aware of any matches or competitions and that the table(s) is free to use and sponsored (Paid).
10 To notify the league secretary of any new signings in time to be eligible.        
11 To comply with league player transfer rules.              
12 To notify both the opposing captain and league secretary of any postponements.        
13 To ensure postponed games are played within the correct timescales.          
14 To ensure their team behave in a manner befitting the league.          
                         

Guidence notes: 

Player Registration and Eligibility 

1 Player Registration forms to be handed in at the second meeting of the season.        
  This must include Singles, Doubles and Ladies KO enties with fees (winter only)        
2 New players must be sent by email or text to the league secretary and be at least 24 hours in advance of a match  
  to be eligible.                    
3 Player transfers will be accepted only if the correct form is used. This includes gaining the signatures of   
  player, captans of both teams involved and the league secretary. Players are not eligible until the    
  league secretary (last person to sign) signs the form.            
4 Player transfers are prohibitted after the mid point of the league fixtures.        
5 Unregistered players will be barred from the league along with the offending team.      
                         

Match Postponements. 

1 All postponements must be advised to the league secretary and the opposing captain by text.    
  The timing of which will determine if and what penalties will be incurred.        
  a) Same day postponements forfeit the match 7-0 and the offending team will be deducted 2 pts    
  b) Postponements after 8.15pm on the prior Friday (48hours) will result in offending team being deducted 2 pts  
  c) Postponements after 8.15pm on the prior Monday (1 week), will result in the offending team being deducted 1 pt
  d) Postponements with more than 1 weeks notice will result in no deductions.        
  e) All postponed games must be played either in advance of, or within four weeks of, the original scheduled date.
